Terms & Policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and PayPal to charge your purchase. A $30 fee will be charged per returned check.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout or  specifically mentioned as already included in the price. Orders to P.O.  Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

We make every effort to ship the knives the same day if purchased before 12pm CST.

For our international customers, you must email after ordering to  arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your  order. International shipments are charged at actual shipping cost.

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject  to a follow up contact.  If no contact can be made, the order will be  cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect ourselves  from fraud and theft.

You must notify us via email or phone within 24 hours if you do not receive your package as expected.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within 3  days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the knife. Once we receive  the knife back we will examine it and if it has been used, carried or  damaged in any way, we will deduct the cost of the repairs from your  refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and a $40 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of purchase regardless of the reason for cancellation or purchase amount. Refunds will be issued in  the same method as the order payment.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must  be shipped fully insured via any common carrier. We do not guarantee the  durability of natural handle materials (such as bone, ivory, wood,  pearl, etc.) or the reaction of any material to water and air (rust,  oxidation, etc.)

If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we may offer a full refund at our discretion. Any  condition visible in our product pictures is considered to be disclosed  and does not constitute an error or omission on our part.

By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is of legal  age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We  assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale,  trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the  responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all  applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the  possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide  refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized  by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before  ordering if you are in doubt.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Elishewitz Custom  Knives collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected  from users (each, a “User”) of the elishewitzknives.com website (“Site”). We may collect personal identification information from Users in a  variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our  site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter,  fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services,  features or resources we make available on our Site. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will  receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product  or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to  unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed  unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
